The Senate Banking Committee will hold this hearing with witnesses: Ann Sherman, Associate Professor of Finance, DePaul University;  Joel H. Trotter, Partner, Latham & Watkins LLP; and Lise Buyer, Founder and Principal, Class V Group, LLC. 

Again, note that the hearing wants to know if the IPO process is working for “ordinary investors” but no ordinary investors will be heard.
